Be careful not to compromise on what you need for it to be the right decision, such as Schools, Parks, and public transport.

Consider how far you would want to travel to the airport. A great deal of property can be reached from Porto or Lisbon Airport in an hour or so.

Don't commit yourself to a big undertaking before examining the pro's and cons. You might find that you would be better off buying a completed project instead.
